About Us


Shanghai solar flare Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on R & D, production and sales of photovoltaic products. The main products are: shock absorber connecting rod, bearing, photovoltaic damper, etc. 

The main products are photovoltaic dampers, with 7 specifications and an annual capacity of about 1.5 million pieces. Products are sold to the United States, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Dubai and other countries. In 2017, it invested more than 90 million yuan to implement the relocation and technical transformation project, and built a new R & D centre building, rubber and plastic, powder plant, photovoltaic damper, laboratory and storage plant, covering an area of 34000 square meters. In June 2018, the new plant has been fully put into use.

光伏支架样板功能介绍--固定式


工作原理:

       光伏阵列不随太阳入射角的变化而转动,以太阳辐射量最大时的倾角固定不动,做到固定模式光伏阵列累计接受辐射量最大,发电量最大。

光伏支架样板功能介绍--固定可调

 

工作原理:

       光伏阵列根据四季太阳辐射角度变化,定期调整倾角,提高各季节的太阳辐射量。


主要特点:

1、支撑与构成:

    水泥立柱+H型钢支撑;20块光伏组件,两侧对称布置,横梁长度11m;

2、调节方式:

    边桩扳动手柄,边桩调节装置可替换,能实现更大调节角度,同时实现自动调节;

3、优势:

(1)支架调节角度分四节气三档位调节,夏至向南倾角10°;春、秋分时节向南倾角20°;冬至向南倾角30°。支架根据季节变化调整相应位置,实现光伏组件最大限度接受太阳光照射,实现发电量最大化;

(2)轴承座按滚动型式设计,减轻调节难度,减轻劳动强度;

(3)预应力管桩基础,回收利用率高,结构短,地形适应性好;

(4)角度调节固定后,相当于固定支架结构,稳定可靠、故障率底;

工作原理:

       安装有自主研发的跟踪控制器,利用天文算法+角度传感控制光伏组件追日旋转,捕捉阳光,最大程度的提高系统发电量。


主要特点:

1、支撑与构成:

      水泥基础、美标型钢,结构合理稳定;单排22m,5根立柱,布置20块光伏组件,与固定式支架、手动可调支架所用的组件相同;

2、工作环境:

      回转减速机工作温度-40°—70°,适应各种工作环境;两端安装减震器,有效减缓极端天气对系统产生的振动;

3、优势:

(1)追踪范围±60°,捕捉每一丝阳光;

(2)跟踪系统控制器采用“时控+角度传感器+传感器闭环控制”,实现高精度可靠跟踪;


光伏支架样板功能介绍--全智能双排

 

工作原理:

        通过提升支架高度,减小立柱跨距,由单排光伏组件增加至双排光伏组件,更好的利用土地,提升发电量。


主要特点:

1、支撑与构成:

      地桩可选钢制立柱/水泥基锤入,无建筑垃圾产出,有效保护环境;单排最长有60m,仅需9根立柱,承载4个1500V组串的组件,合理高效使用土地,降低支架成本;双倍面板,发电效率更高;

2、工作环境:

      减速器工作温度-40°至70°,适应各种工作环境;地形坡度适应性强,南北可达11°;
