Philadelphia Solar Announces that the signing ceremony was held for the 68MW DC PV station (50MW AC) Power Purchase Agreement between the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) and Philadelphia Solar Company that will be installed in the south of Jordan.
This PV station will include more than 50% of local components using Jordanian Philadelphia Solar panels, and the power plan for the station is expected to generate 150GWh annually.
Under this agreement, Philadelphia Solar Company will design the system with Jordanian manpower, and all procedures of the PV station was approved from the MEMR’s energy consultant.
