Shanghai Electric (SEC) is one of the largest integrated equipment manufacture and EPC contractor in China, its history can be traced back to 1902. Our business sector covers PV, CSP, Wind, Thermal, Biomass, BESS, etc.

SEC’s annual turnover was 20.5 billion USD in 2021. We were stock listed in the Shanghai & Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2008 and 2005.

SEC has delivered 45GW power projects on turnkey basis since 1990s, more than 6GW were solar projects. Our solar reference includes Dubai (1850MW), UK (175MW), Greece (25MW), Japan (29MW), Israel (20MW), Cyprus (17.8MW), Vietnam (50MW), Australia (10MW), and Cuba (61MW).

SEC ranked 40th in ENR's 2022 Top 250 International Contractors.
