Sonnedix has completed the acquisition of a 11.4MW solar PV portfolio in Italy, from the Swiss company ZHC Holding AG.
The portfolio consists of 10 ground-mounted solar photovoltaic plants in operations since 2010/2012. The plants are located in the Tuscany and Apulia regions of Italy, and they all benefit from the Italian Conto Energia FiT regime.

Sonnedix currently has a total capacity of over 4.6GW, including a development pipeline of more than 2GW. With over 350 projects across eight countries, Sonnedix continues actively looking for acquisition and development opportunities in Italy, and across other OCDE countries.
