Sonnedix today announces the appointment of Miguel Ángel García Mascuñan as Chief Financial Officer, effective today. Miguel succeeds Karen Dyrskjøt Boesen, whose departure was announced in April.
Miguel brings vast experience to his new role at Sonnedix, having worked for the company since 2013 across its London and Madrid offices. Over the past eleven years, Miguel has held a number of roles across the business, including leading Sonnedix's Project Finance efforts in Europe and raising over EUR 2.5bn, and most recently acting as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy. Prior to Sonnedix, Miguel held positions in financial reporting at Vector Renewables and, prior to that, Miguel was as an auditor with Deloitte in both Spain and Chile.
