业务涵盖单晶硅切片、大尺寸单晶电池、大尺寸高效组件的研发&生产,以及产业下游的光伏电站建设运营。2022年底,集团下属公司已集结形成垂直一体化、全覆盖的产业布局。截至目前,集团单晶硅片、电池、组件的产能已分别达到20GW、16GW和6GW,并投资建有15个光伏电站,总装机容量111MW。集团下属各个基地的产品已快速赢得较好的市场美誉度和良好的市场占有率,与众多央企、大型国企以及上市公司建立了长期稳定的合作关系。

Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer

Sunrev offers mainstream P-type/ N-type monocrystalline silicon wafers ranging from 182mm to 230mm.

Since its establishment, the Wafer Business Division has put "innovation is the first driving force" as the most concern. With the R&D team's ongoing explorations for cutting-edge technologies, SUNREV has delivered industry-leading manufacturing processes and quality products and become a firm advocate and pioneer for producing larger and thinner wafers.

Monocrystalline Silicon Cells

  • P-type

  • N-type TOPCon

The installed capacity of P-type monocrystalline silicon cells is 16GW. The capacity of N-type cells will be increased by 10GW in 2023.

The production line can accommodate to 182mm and 210mm wafers, and 8 GW of P-type cell capacity can be upgraded to produce N-type cells. With lab test instruments and equipment worth more than USD 4.5 million, a high-quality innovative talent pool, and a photovoltaic cell R&D team of 52 persons, the company has built advanced facilities and platforms for photovoltaic product development and verification.

Thanks to the continuous efforts of our teams, the conversion efficiency of our mass-produced P-type cells reaches 23.3%, and that of trial-produced N-type TOPCon cells reaches 24.6%.

Monocrystalline Modules

  • High conversion efficiency

With superior MBB cell technology and advanced manufacturing processes, modules achieve a conversion efficiency of 21.4%.

  • Excellent weak-light performance

Modules demonstrate excellent weak-light performance when there is insufficient light.

  • Positive power tolerance

A positive power tolerance of 0-5 W guarantees the reliability of modules.

  • Current rating

Current rating is used to effectively reduce up to 2% of power loss.

  • Capability to withstand super high wind and snow pressure

The modules are built to withstand wind pressure of up to 2400Pa and snow pressure of up to 5400Pa.

  • Anti-PID performance

Improved cell manufacturing processes and selected encapsulation materials ensure good anti-PID performance of modules.
