6. Supplier Requirements and Compliance

Section 201 Tariffs: Confirm whether your cells are subject to Section 201 tariffs (currently 14% for CSPV cells beyond the 12.5 GW quota) and how this is reflected in your pricing.

AD/CVD (Anti-Dumping/Countervailing Duties):

I wish to purchase ~10,000 Mono M158B5P solar cells for a personal electric grid system. I have the materials needed to build/assemble my own solar panels - I just need to purchase the solar cells.
Purchase volume -
As of now, roughly 1500 units.
In the future, I will need a total of ~10,000 units for completion of the project.
Details of the project -
I recently purchased some "off-grid" property am having my home built. The plan is to use solar panels to power 100% of the home. In addition to the solar panels being attached to the roof of the home, I will be mounting the solar panels on my small barn and on the ground-level as well.
What sort of company you are -
I am not doing this for business reasons, but this is rather for my own personal use.
Future potential orders -
Most definitely do I see potential for needing more cells in the future. In total, I will need ~10,000 units in order for 100% power to my home (and other property - barn, greenhouse, etc.). However, I wish to purchase the sample size of 1500 units so I can start assembling the solar panels and test out the cells' functionality.
*** Questions I have -
1) Is there warranty on the products? What if the cells come cracked/damaged?
2) The purchase prices shows "from $0.110/Wp." At 5.44W per cell, does that equate to $0.59 per cell? (5.44W * $0.11). So, 1500 units would roughly be $900.00? And 10,000 units would be roughly $5,900?
3) In regards to Shipping...What are the dimensions of the boxes/packages which the units come in?
(i.e. At 1500 units, I would be receiving 'x' boxes/packages with 'y' units per box at "A x B x C" dimensions.
