Sept. 11, 2013 - SunPower today announced that Swadeshi Civil Infrastructure has completed the installation of a 930-kilowatt (KW) SunPower solar system on the rooftop of the Indira Paryavaran Bhavan building in New Delhi. SunPower's solar solution was chosen for the project given its energy generation requirements and the limited rooftop area. -

2013-09-11 受到全球经济危机、光伏贸易战，光伏传统市场逐渐失色等负面影响，太阳能市场曾一度风雨飘摇。全球光伏企业均在积极寻求具有发展潜力的新兴市场，中东市场不容忽视。约旦，位于中东地区，太阳能资源丰富，辐射平均每天每平方米5-7千瓦时，风速每秒7-11米，适合发展太阳能产业。为了满足日益增长的电力需求，约旦政府出台法案积极扩大太阳能产业版图，计划开发600兆瓦的太阳能电站，到2020年实现可再生能源装机1.8吉瓦。为优先发展太阳能，约旦政府还宣布全国首个上网电价补贴计划，补贴为每千瓦/时120菲尔斯(合0.17美元)。2013年8月，约旦政府又正式推出了第二轮的可再生能源项目招标，太阳能项目所占比重将进一步提高，进一步刺激了约旦市场在未来几年内对光伏相关设备的需求。 -
