Business Operations Continue at Q.CELLS
The respective Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Dessau/Rosslau has opened insolvency proceedings in respect of the photovoltaic company Q-Cells SE. Henning Schorisch, lawyer and partner of the law firm hww wienberg wilhelm, has been appointed as the insolvency administrator, after already acting as the provisional insolvency administrator. Schorisch intends to continue business operations of the company for the time being. No redundancies are planned at present. -

Greek Solar Energy: Conergy Power Plant for N. Kornilakis MEPE
For the second time within just a few weeks, Conergy in Greece is announcing the grid connection of a further solar power plant. The investor is the Greek company N. Kornilakis MEPE based in Magoula Attikis. Conergy has been responsible for the entire planning, engineering and design of the rooftop installation as well as for the supply of nearly 13,000 thin-film modules.
