I am evaluating the Sungrow SG250HX inverter for use in a battery energy storage system (BESS) intended for FFR and FCR-D participation in the Swedish grid (Svenska Kraftnät).
Before proceeding, I need clarification on the following:
1. Does the SG250HX support direct frequency-triggered response via DI input (e.g. triggered by external sensor below 49.7 Hz)?
2. Can it be configured for autonomous FFR response, without going through an external EMS?
3. Is it possible to control the inverter via Modbus TCP or RS485 from a custom-built EMS (e.g. Raspberry Pi)?
4. Is use of Logger1000 or Logger3000 required for frequency-based services?
5. Has the SG250HX been deployed in FFR-approved installations in the Nordics?
Your detailed answer would be very helpful in determining whether this inverter can be qualified for fast grid services in Sweden.

1) Can this inverter handle 5 kw in in one MPPT-tracker, at low startup voltages, below 80 VDC, and is it possible to combine it into a system of 3, with parallel connection, if only one MPPT-tracker is used? We have a system of 3 wind turbines with a nominal capacity for each generator of 5 kw, connected to controllers which convert it to 48VDC. The low startup voltage, below 80VDC, even better from 65VDC is important.
