LR8-66HVD 640-665M

The 640–665W high-power module is engineered for ultra-large utility plants seeking maximum energy yield and optimised BOS savings.

Built with high-efficiency M10/M12 cells and advanced bifacial technology, the module delivers superior output across diverse irradiance conditions, including high-temperature and low-light environments. Its optimised electrical design reduces system current mismatch and supports long-string configurations, enabling lower LCOE and improved performance across large-scale installations.

Reinforced materials and rigorous reliability testing ensure excellent mechanical strength, long-term durability and stable power generation throughout the module's lifecycle.

LR7-72HTH 595-620M

The LR7-72HTH 595–620M module is a high-power, high-efficiency solution designed for distribution and commercial PV projects. Built with advanced HPBC cell technology, it delivers up to 620W of output with a maximum module efficiency of 23.0%, ensuring strong, stable energy generation.

Featuring 0–3% positive power tolerance, <1% first-year degradation, and a low 0.40% annual degradation from years 2–25, the module guarantees long-term performance and investment reliability. The full back welding design significantly improves resistance to micro-cracks, enhancing durability during transportation and installation.

With an optimised size and weight, the LR7-72HTH series helps reduce transportation and BOS costs, while its gridline-free front surface improves light absorption and delivers a clean, premium appearance. LR8 - 66HGD - 620W

The LR8-66HGD 620W module is a high-performance bifacial solar solution designed for utility-scale and large commercial PV projects. Powered by advanced HPDC cell technology and a half-cell design, it delivers a rated output of 620W with up to 23.0% module efficiency, enabling higher energy yield per unit area.

With 0–3% positive power tolerance, less than 1% first-year degradation, and a low 0.4% annual degradation from year 2 to year 30, the module ensures stable and predictable long-term performance. Its high bifacial factor of 80% ±5%, combined with an excellent temperature coefficient (-0.28%/°C), provides significant additional energy gain under high irradiance and reflective ground conditions.

The robust double-glass structure, high mechanical load capacity (5400Pa front / 2400Pa rear), and IP68-rated junction box enhance durability in harsh environments.
