Scope of Supply Requested:
We request a proposal for the following key components and services, leveraging Sungrow's expertise in large-scale PV and ESS solutions:
Central Inverter Solution:
Supply of central inverters suitable for a 4.5 MW PV plant, ideally integrated within a compact station design.
Please specify the model(s) proposed (e.g., SG6250/6800HV-MV or equivalent for utility-scale applications).
Include technical specifications, efficiency curves, and operational parameters.
Battery Energy Storage System (BESS):
Supply of a 9 MWh usable energy BESS.
Please detail the battery technology (e.g., LFP), module/container size, cycle life, depth of discharge, and operational temperature range.
Propose suitable Sungrow BESS products (e.g., PowerStack series or containerized ESS).
Power Conversion System (PCS) / Hybrid Inverter:
Details of the PCS or hybrid inverter solution that manages power flow between PV, battery, and grid. This should be fully compatible with the proposed BESS.
Describe its capabilities for grid-forming, black start, frequency regulation, and voltage support.
MV 15kV Compact Substation (Integrated Solution):
As Sungrow offers integrated MV solutions, please specify if you can provide a compact station that combines the central inverter, step-up transformer (to 15kV), and necessary MV switchgear.
Provide details on the proposed compact substation, including its design (e.g., containerized), footprint, cooling, and relevant IEC/IEEE standards compliance.
Energy Management System (EMS):
Description of the EMS capabilities for monitoring, control, optimization, and reporting of the entire PV+BESS system.
Ancillary Equipment and Services:
Proposed solutions for SCADA, protection, communication, and fire suppression systems.
Warranty terms for all components.
Technical support, installation supervision, commissioning services, and long-term O&M options.
Training for local personnel.
Logistics & Project Timeline:
Estimated lead times for manufacturing and delivery to Mali.
Preliminary project implementation schedule.
Submission Requirements:
Please submit your comprehensive proposal, including:
Detailed technical specifications for all proposed equipment.
System single-line diagram (SLD).
Guaranteed performance data (e.g., efficiency, availability).
Detailed breakdown of costs (EXW, FOB, CIF Bamako, etc.).
Reference projects of similar scale and scope, particularly in West Africa or similar climates.
