How does warranty administration work if there is a problem with one of the batteries? What kind of professional support do we get for installation and error management?
How long does it take to get replacement equipment if a battery fails, what is the process
Will they replace it immediately during the warranty period or take it in for repair?
When replacing equipment, who will pay the shipping fee, or will a courier service be sent for the replacement?
Do I undertake to pay a service fee if we have to visit the customer several times due to a battery failure?
Please send detailed assembly and installation instructions for Feni products.
Do they have a solution that includes everything for the population, e.g. With 5 kW inverter and 5-10-15 kWh battery, which can be modified modularly:
- Can be integrated into an existing ongrid solar system on the AC side
- Island mode support
- WIFI remote monitoring
- Seamless transition to the EPS system in the event of a power failure
In the event of an agreement, will they provide exclusive distribution rights to Hungary, under what conditions?
