The packs will be mounted in left and right fuselage pods and operate in parallel via a central DC bus. 2. Mechanical Specifications

3. Battery Management System (BMS)
• Smart BMS with CAN 2.0 interface for integration with Cube Orange+ flight controller
• Functions: SOC, SOH, pack voltage, current, cell voltages, and temperature telemetry
• Active balancing preferred; passive acceptable if ≤ 50 mV delta
• Protections: over/under-voltage, overcurrent, overtemp, short-circuit, reverse polarity
• Low-temperature charge inhibit and data logging
• Communication: CAN 2.0 (preferred), RS485 optional
• Firmware updatable via USB or UART
4. Connectors and Harness
• Power output: QS8 connectors (rated ≥ 200 A continuous)
• Signal connector: Aviation-grade circular connector (3–5 pin) for CAN and power-on lines
• Wiring: 8 AWG or equivalent tinned copper silicone cable
• Insulation: 600 V rated, high-flex, UL compliant
5. Testing, Documentation, and Certification
• UN38.3 and MSDS certification required for shipment
• Capacity and internal resistance test reports for each pack
• 1‑hour continuous load test at 200 A, 30 °C ambient
• Thermal test results showing surface temp < 65 °C under full load
• Serial number and QR code labeling for traceability

Dear Sirs, We have interested parties in the industrial sector and work first on small liquid cooled home batteries. Your Br types seems to be on nom. 48V basis and would like to know what kind of cells do you use. After bulging problems we think to shift to round cells, like Eve C40 or similar and placing all in a transformer style oil bath to avoid corrosion and humidity to enter.
