We need Mounting Structure for sloped terrain.
Requirements:
Wind load: 20 m/s
Snow load: 2,3 kN/m2
Temp. range: -20° to 40°
Tilt of modules: 25°
Slope of terain: up to 20% in all directions
Racks required: 2x9 vertical - 40 pcs, and 2x8 vertical - 28 pcs
Foundation: Reinforced concrete according to Rack Manufacturer proposal.)

we are engineering company named xxx from Bosnia and Herzegovina focused on various fields in Electrical Power Industry. Last few years we have increased our activities in solar PV Systems, and we are engaged in PV plants design, installation, commissioning, and also sell PV equipment. Our portfolio ranges from small residential PV systems to utility scale PV plants.
A significant part of any PV system is supporting mounting structure, so we need reliable supplier of mounting systems for our roof and ground projects.
For the beginning you can send us approximate offers based on 100 kWp PV plant size, for three roof PV projects with different mounting conditions. Snow load is 2.3 kN/m2 and wind speed is 25 m/s. PV panel used is Longi LR4-72HPH 450/MR (dim: 2094x1038x35).
• Roof1: Trapezoidal sheet metal, with Mini rail, panels laid in portrait orientation
• Roof2: Trapezoidal sheet metal, with basic rail, panels laid in portrait orientation
• Roof3 : Standing seam sheet metal, with basic rail, panels laid in portrait orientation

Currently we are preparing design and solutions for a large number of ground mounted systems, where majority of them are in process for getting legal permits.
Regarding it you can send us your offer for one specific project and few general offers for ground mounted systems. We also need associated technical or catalog documents and technical drawings.
For all cases environment conditions are: Snow load 2.3 kN/m2 and wind speed 25 m/s. We would appriciate if you can give us customized calculation and mechanical structural analysis report that will comply with our legislation (Eurocode)?
1. We are developing a design for power plant in Town xxx with an installed capacity of 5.3 MW on the DC side. There are 8100 panels in total, and the selected panel is Ulica UL-665M-132 HV with 665 Wp power (Dimensions 2384×1303×35 mm, weight 33.6 kg). Can you provide a solution for the construction on the ground with a tilt of 35° (such as KPT1). The tables would be 2x9 and 2x18 with panels in portrait orientation.
2. Can you give us an appropriate typical mounting system with a tilt of 25° (such as KPT1). Panels have power of around 550 Wp, for example JA SOLAR JAM72S30-550 /MR, dimensions 2279x1134x35. for two cases:
a. The tables should be 2x8 and 2x16 with panels in portrait.
b. The tables should be 3x8 and 3x16 with panels in portrait.
3. We have one new project with single axis tracking system with DC size around 3 MWp. Planed panels are as previous 550 Wp. Can you propose to us appropriate mounting system and give us technical support since we have no experience with tracking Systems?

DEMAND FOR SOLAR CONSTRUCTION
We are planning to build on –the- land solar power plant(with power of 110 kWp) in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 390 pieces of solar panels ( dimension 170m x 100m x 4m) ordered in a two arrays ( as You can see on the draft).
The terrain is so rocky, so I cannot drill holes. Land dimensions are 20m x 100m. We are planning to build ferroconcrete blocks in which we have to install construction.
Characteristic of the land where we build the plant are strong winds (about 150km/h) .
We still did not build an concrete cubes.
So, if Your construction can adapt to these conditions, please give us some suggestions.
