When designing the tables, it should be aimed that a table consists of an integer number of strings!
Minimum technical requirements:
fixed 2-legged, 2-standing structure with a minimum inclination of 25°.
Panel type not yet finalized but expected to be: 92.960.pcs Risen Energy Co.Ltd RSM132-8-655M
Pile depth: 2 meters (but please specify 2.5 meters as an option!)
The legs of the support tables should be made of steel with a minimum hot-dip galvanized S235
For cross supports, aluminum is allowed instead of S235 hot-dip galvanized steel. Instead of hot-dip galvanizing, the use of technically equivalent surface treatment is permitted, e.g. Zn Al3.5 Mg3 coating!
The starting height of the solar panels must not be lower than 50 cm at any point.
The inverters will be mounted on the north side of the support structures, the design of which is part of the support structure, 166 in total (Inverter data sheet attached).
The tables will be fixed to the ground by piling or concrete.
Structural compliance:
The design of the support structure shall be chosen in such a way that it is classified according to the wind load calculation as a building zone (built-up area category) in Eurocode I (Open terrain, windward of a lake of at least 5 km length; level flat land area without obstacles) or Eurocode II (open land, windward of a lake of at least 5 km length; level land area without obstacles). (Agricultural area with fences, scattered agricultural structures, houses or trees), the choice and the adequacy of the entire supporting structure must be justified by a complete structural analysis and strength calculation!
The support structure must have a minimum system guarantee of 60 months and a 120-month guarantee against rusting!
If your offer is accepted later and it is found that the statics are not adequate during the localization, the costs of the statics commissioned by us must be borne by the manufacturer of the structure!
Please state in your offer that all the minimum requirements described above are met! If something is not met, please highlight it!

Offer validity: 30.06.2023
