Dear Xiamen Megan Solar,
I am the main shareholder of xxx - an independent renewable energy producer focusing on solar power plants.
We recently won a tender for building, operating and owning an industrial rooftop solar plant in Switzerland. xxx is both the owner and the EPC provider for the construction of the solar plant. The installed capacity is 1100 kWp mounted on different industrial roofs:
1. Steel / Pitched roof 1657 m2 (350 kWp)
2. Flat green roof 3308 m2 (750 kWp)
The solar panels have already been ordered and have the following dimensions:
1. 1755 mm (L) x 1038 mm (W) x 30 mm (D)
We are looking for suitable, cost-efficient mounting systems for mounting the solar modules. On the flat green rooftop we prefer a flat and low mounting approach with a maximum of 5 degrees tilt. Particularly promising we find the Xiamen Megan Solar Co., Ltd solution “Flat Roof Mounting System III (East-West)”.
1. We would prefer a flexible mounting system allowing both a flat mounting as well as a slightly tilted mounting (5-10 degrees)
2. We would prefer using the green substrate as ballast covering the metal bars/rods providing a foundation for the substrate as ballast
The building phase of the solar plant will start at the end of August, hence we would prefer a delivery directly at place (DAP) close to xxx in Switzerland at latest by the end of August (preferably sooner).
